Registration Form 2022
In order to assist us with planning and catering, we request you register no later than 31 March 2022.
- Please register all Australians and International guests attending the Easter Puja Seminar plus the optional Wellness Camp.
- Create a separate Registration each adult and child attending with you.
- The same email address can be used for everyone in your group.
- Australian and International guests who are 18 years and over, and who wish to stay overnight at the Seminar venue, must comply with the Australian Government’s Child Protection and Safety requirements through its Working With Children Check (WWCC), or equivalent, process.
- Australian adults will be requested to enter their current WWCC (or equivalent) details in the form below. The WWCC form will appear after you select ‘Adult’ and ‘Australia’.
- International adults are required to Register below and then complete our separate WWCC Declaration form.
